Deep Retrofit

A1-rated Deep Retrofit of an existing dwelling in Drogheda Co. Louth. Remodelling of the existing home with the addition of a timber frame extension.
The project was grant-aided by SEAI for Fabric upgrades, Heat Pumps with combined heat recovery ventilation and photovoltaic solar panels to provide renewable energy.
